We want you to be satisfied with your VOWÉLYA order. This policy applies in addition to all mandatory consumer rights.

14-day right of withdrawal

For eligible non-personalized products purchased at a distance, customers in the European Union may notify us of their decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. After notifying us, the product must be returned within a further 14 days.

To start a return, email vowelya@yahoo.com with your order number and the item concerned. We will provide the return instructions and return address. Do not return an item directly to the manufacturer without our instructions.

Personalized products

The statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to goods clearly personalized to the customer’s specifications, such as jewelry made with a requested name, engraving, customer-supplied photograph or custom message. Selecting a standard finish, colour or box option alone does not automatically make a product personalized.

Return condition and costs

Eligible returned products should be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging and accessories. The customer bears the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we state otherwise. VOWÉLYA covers reasonable return costs when an item is incorrect, damaged on arrival or legally non-conforming.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items

Contact us with the order number and clear photographs where relevant. Your statutory legal guarantee of conformity is not limited by this policy. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible customer may receive repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as provided by law.

Refund timing

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the eligible amount, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the returned product is received or proof of return is supplied. Extra costs for upgraded or express delivery are not refundable unless required by law.
