Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment authorization. Personalized products enter production after the personalization details submitted with the order have been accepted. Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, photographs and other personalization details before placing the order.

Delivery destinations

We ship only to destinations that are available at checkout for the products in the cart. Availability can vary by product, destination and fulfilment partner. A destination appearing in a country selector does not guarantee that every product can be delivered there; the final shipping options shown at checkout control.

Estimated timing

Production and delivery estimates may be shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Personalized and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking details are sent when available. Items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered production or shipment, an address change may no longer be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Customs processing can also cause delays.

Delay, loss or damage

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if a parcel arrives damaged, contact vowelya@yahoo.com with the order number and supporting photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner. Mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery, loss and damage remain unaffected.
