These terms govern purchases made from the VOWÉLYA online store. VOWÉLYA operates from France. For customer service, contact vowelya@yahoo.com.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and proportions may vary slightly because of screens, photography and manufacturing tolerances. Personalized previews are illustrative unless expressly stated to be a final production proof.

For personalized products, the customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of names, text, photographs and other submitted content. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or technically unsuitable.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, duties and other applicable costs are shown before the order is confirmed where they can be calculated. Payment must be authorized before production or shipment.

Order acceptance

An order acknowledgement does not prevent us from cancelling an order before fulfilment where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorized, fraud is suspected, personalization cannot be produced, a pricing error is obvious or delivery is impossible. If payment has already been collected, the affected amount will be refunded.

Promotions

The automatic “15% off your second necklace” promotion applies when two eligible items from the Jewelry collection are in the same order. One eligible item receives 15% off, with a maximum of one application per order. Discounts combine only where checkout permits it.

Shipping

Shipping destinations, charges and estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy and the options presented at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Cancellation, returns and personalized goods

Eligible non-personalized distance purchases may benefit from a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. This right does not apply to goods clearly personalized to the customer’s specifications. See the Returns & Refunds page for details and the model withdrawal form.

Legal guarantee

Mandatory legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity where applicable, remain fully available. A lack of conformity may generally be invoked within two years of delivery under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The store, branding, product presentations, text, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute amicably. The appointed consumer mediator’s details must be added once the business’s mediation membership has been confirmed.

Changes

The version accepted when an order is placed applies to that order. We may update these terms for future orders.
